Nutrition guidance for a whole year Meal plans refreshed every two weeks, a shopping list, a reading of your test results and supplementation tips — without counting calories yourself.

A studio has no upfront cost, but every session is paid for. Your own set reverses this: you pay once, and further workouts cost nothing.

TWO STUDIO WORKOUTS A WEEK 1 040 – 1 440 zł / month Eight sessions at 130–180 zł, depending on how you buy them. Plus travel and having to fit into the studio's schedule.

YOUR OWN BODY SET IN INSTALMENTS 368,47 zł / month Unlimited sessions at any time, also for another member of your household. Plus treatments that are usually not available for the price of a single session. Once the instalments are paid off, the equipment is yours with no further fees.

The suit you need depends on the area you want to work on. If you focus on the glutes, thighs and abdomen, the shorts are enough.
