EMS shorts

Vibraé EMS shorts work where ordinary training struggles to reach — the glutes, thighs and hips. You put them on at home, clip in the wireless controller, and the app guides you through a workout or a ready-made treatment.

Choose it if… You train your whole body and want a suit cut for a woman’s figure — a narrower waist and wider hips. You train your whole body and your figure is straighter or male. It is also the suit for taller people. The two of you train. Each picks their own cut and size, and the set costs less than two separate ones. You care about the lower body and relieving your lower back, and the upper body is either already covered or not your goal. You want to start at the lowest cost and train on the move — on a walk, around the house, during everyday chores.
What it does not cover Covers everything — the full suit works the whole body. Covers everything — the full suit works the whole body. One controller runs one suit, so you train in turns — unless you add a second one. The arms and upper back — there are no electrodes there. The entire upper body: back, abdomen and arms. It is not a substitute for the full suit.

How EMS shorts work

EMS stands for electrical muscle stimulation. Electrodes built into the shorts send gentle impulses that make the muscle contract — just like during exercise, only more completely, because the contraction also reaches fibres you don’t consciously tense in everyday life.

You set the intensity yourself, separately for each body part. You can combine a session with simple exercises or a walk, or simply lie down during a recovery program.

You wear Vibraé shorts on dry skin — the electrodes don’t need to be wetted or covered in gel. The controller connects to your phone via Bluetooth, so there are no cables at all.

Slim or Mini — which shorts to choose

Both models use the same app, the same programs and the same plans. They differ in electrode coverage, cut and controller.

Vibraé Slim

12 electrodes · 6 zones · high waist

High-waisted shorts with long legs. They cover the glutes, thighs, adductors, abdomen and lower back. Choose them if you want to work on your whole lower body, cellulite and skin firmness, or relieve your lower back after a day at the desk.

Vibraé Mini

8 electrodes · 4 zones · Mini Smart Box

Short shorts with a smaller controller you won’t feel under your clothes. They cover the glutes, thighs and love handles. Choose them if you want to start with EMS at the lowest cost or fit sessions into your day — on a walk or on your bike.

What results to expect

  1. The first two weeksYour glutes and thighs learn the impulse. After the session you feel them as if you had done a solid workout — because you did.
  2. After a monthClearly firmer glutes and thighs; for many people, less swollen legs in the evening.
  3. After three monthsA change in thigh and hip measurements and in how your trousers fit. Firmer skin where the electrodes work.

Results come from consistency: two or three sessions a week of 20–30 minutes are enough to start with.

What a session in EMS shorts looks like

  1. You put on the shorts and clip in the controllerOn dry skin or thin underwear, with no need to wet the electrodes. Two minutes.
  2. You pick a program or a ready treatmentWarm-up, training, recovery — or one of eight treatments in which the app switches the phases itself for 40 minutes.
  3. You raise the intensity to your levelSlowly, body part by body part. The contraction should be clear, never unpleasant — and you decide where the limit is.
  4. You train for 20–30 minutesYou can stand, walk, do simple exercises or simply lie down during a recovery program. The impulse works regardless.
  5. You finish and hang up the suitFive minutes of recovery at the end, then the suit goes on a hanger or into the wash. The app saves the session and reminds you about the next one.

EMS shorts at home or treatments at a salon

An EMS treatment at a salon means booking an appointment, travelling there and paying for every visit. Your own shorts are at hand every day: you do a session in the evening on the sofa, before work or on a walk, and the number of treatments doesn’t depend on the salon’s schedule.

The Vibraé app includes, among others, firming, anti-cellulite and lymphatic drainage programs — the same kinds of treatments people go to a salon for.

Every set ships free of charge and you can pay for it in instalments.

Frequently asked questions about EMS shorts

Do EMS shorts really work?

Electrical stimulation triggers a real muscle contraction, so the muscles work and tire much as they do during exercise. The shorts won’t replace a healthy diet or movement, but regular sessions strengthen the glutes and thighs and improve muscle tone and skin firmness in the areas covered by the electrodes.

Do the electrodes need to be wetted?

No. You wear Vibraé shorts and suits on dry skin — this isn’t equipment with wet sponges. Only if your skin is very dry can you apply a thin layer of pure gel, such as ultrasound gel.

How do I choose the size of the shorts?

Shorts are sized by waist and hip circumference — the size chart is next to the size selector on the product page. If you’re between sizes, take the smaller one: the shorts should fit snugly. For three months after purchase we exchange them for another size free of charge; you only pay for shipping both ways.

How long is a session and how often should you do it?

A session is 20–30 minutes of actual work. Two or three sessions a week are enough to start with — the plan in the app tells you on its own when to come back and what to do on a given day. Results come from regularity, not from the length of a single workout.

Does the impulse hurt?

It shouldn’t. You raise the intensity slowly, body part by body part, and the contraction should be clear but never unpleasant. In your first sessions, start at a low intensity and make a few movements to warm up.

Who should not use EMS?

You set the intensity yourself, from zero, separately for each part of the body — the session runs at the pace you choose. Vibraé is not a medical device and does not replace medical treatment. Do not use the suit if you have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, if you are pregnant or if you have epilepsy. With chronic conditions and after medical procedures, consult your doctor first.

Can I return the set?

You can unpack the set, try the suit on and switch the controller on — exactly as you would in a bricks-and-mortar shop. If you decide it is not for you, you send it back within 14 days without giving a reason and we refund your money. Details in the Returns Policy.

What is the warranty?

The controller and the suit come with a 12-month warranty. You send a claim to serwis@vibrae.pl or from your account, and while your suit is being repaired we send you a replacement suit so you don’t have to pause your training. Your warranty dates and serial numbers are saved in your account, so you don’t need to look for the receipt.
