EMS suits

The Vibraé EMS suit has twenty electrodes and engages almost your whole body in a single session: abdomen, glutes, thighs, back and arms. With a wireless controller and an app full of ready-made plans, you train at home — no studio and no trainer standing next to you.

Choose it if… You train your whole body and want a suit cut for a woman’s figure — a narrower waist and wider hips. You train your whole body and your figure is straighter or male. It is also the suit for taller people. The two of you train. Each picks their own cut and size, and the set costs less than two separate ones. You care about the lower body and relieving your lower back, and the upper body is either already covered or not your goal. You want to start at the lowest cost and train on the move — on a walk, around the house, during everyday chores.
What it does not cover Covers everything — the full suit works the whole body. Covers everything — the full suit works the whole body. One controller runs one suit, so you train in turns — unless you add a second one. The arms and upper back — there are no electrodes there. The entire upper body: back, abdomen and arms. It is not a substitute for the full suit.

How an EMS suit works

The electrodes in the suit send gentle impulses that make your muscles contract. Twenty electrodes in ten channels cover the vast majority of muscle groups at once, so you don’t split your week into leg day and back day.

You set the intensity yourself, separately for each of the ten body parts. You can train standing up with simple exercises, go for a walk or lie down during a recovery program — the impulse works either way.

You put the suit on dry skin, with no wetting and no gel, and the controller connects to your phone via Bluetooth — there are no cables at all.

Tailored cut, unisize or couples set

Every option is the same suit with twenty electrodes, the same controller and the same app. They differ in cut and in the number of people.

What results to expect

  1. The first two weeksYour body learns the impulse. The session stops feeling strange and starts feeling demanding. First soreness in places you had long forgotten.
  2. After a monthClearly stronger muscle tone and better posture. For people with back pain — less stiffness in the morning.
  3. After three monthsA change in how your clothes fit and in the measurements from the tape. More strength at the end of the day.

Results come from consistency: two or three sessions a week of 20–30 minutes are enough to start with.

What a session in an EMS suit looks like

  1. You put on the suit and clip in the controllerOn dry skin or thin underwear, with no need to wet the electrodes. Two minutes.
  2. You pick a program or a ready treatmentWarm-up, training, recovery — or one of eight treatments in which the app switches the phases itself for 40 minutes.
  3. You raise the intensity to your levelSlowly, body part by body part. The contraction should be clear, never unpleasant — and you decide where the limit is.
  4. You train for 20–30 minutesYou can stand, walk, do simple exercises or simply lie down during a recovery program. The impulse works regardless.
  5. You finish and hang up the suitFive minutes of recovery at the end, then the suit goes on a hanger or into the wash. The app saves the session and reminds you about the next one.

An EMS suit at home or training at an EMS studio

Training at an EMS studio means booking a slot, travelling there and paying for every session. Your own suit is at home every day: a session takes 20–30 minutes and starts whenever it suits you — no booking and no waiting for a free suit.

The app builds your plan, suggests a program and reminds you to train. It also includes recovery, pain-relief and firming programs.

Every set ships free of charge and you can pay for it in instalments.

Frequently asked questions about EMS suits

Does an EMS suit really work?

Electrical stimulation triggers a real muscle contraction, so the muscles work and tire much as they do during exercise. The suit won’t replace a healthy diet, but regular sessions strengthen muscles all over the body and improve posture — without loading your joints.

Do the electrodes need to be wetted?

No. You wear Vibraé shorts and suits on dry skin — this isn’t equipment with wet sponges. Only if your skin is very dry can you apply a thin layer of pure gel, such as ultrasound gel.

How do I choose the size of the suit?

Measure your chest, waist and hips and compare them with the size chart — it sits next to the size selector, separately for the universal and the tailored cut. If you fall between sizes, take the smaller one: the suit is meant to sit close. Not sure? Write to serwis@vibrae.pl or call before buying and we will pick the size together. And if it still does not fit: for three months from purchase we exchange the suit for another size free of charge, you only pay the shipping both ways. The rules for exchanges after that period are set out in the shop terms.

Can two people train with one controller?

The couples set includes two suits and one controller, so you take turns. If you want to train at the same time, you can add a second Smart Box at a special price when buying the set.

How long is a session and how often should you do it?

A session is 20–30 minutes of actual work. Two or three sessions a week are enough to start with — the plan in the app tells you on its own when to come back and what to do on a given day. Results come from regularity, not from the length of a single workout.

Does the impulse hurt?

It shouldn’t. You raise the intensity slowly, body part by body part, and the contraction should be clear but never unpleasant. In your first sessions, start at a low intensity and make a few movements to warm up.

Who should not use EMS?

You set the intensity yourself, from zero, separately for each part of the body — the session runs at the pace you choose. Vibraé is not a medical device and does not replace medical treatment. Do not use the suit if you have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, if you are pregnant or if you have epilepsy. With chronic conditions and after medical procedures, consult your doctor first.

Can I return the set?

You can unpack the set, try the suit on and switch the controller on — exactly as you would in a bricks-and-mortar shop. If you decide it is not for you, you send it back within 14 days without giving a reason and we refund your money. Details in the Returns Policy.

What is the warranty?

The controller and the suit come with a 12-month warranty. You send a claim to serwis@vibrae.pl or from your account, and while your suit is being repaired we send you a replacement suit so you don’t have to pause your training. Your warranty dates and serial numbers are saved in your account, so you don’t need to look for the receipt.
