Before you buy

Safety and contraindications

You set the intensity yourself, from zero, separately for each part of the body — the session runs at the pace you choose. Vibraé is not a medical device and does not replace medical treatment. Do not use the suit if you have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, if you are pregnant or if you have epilepsy. With chronic conditions and after medical procedures, consult your doctor first.

What the first workout looks like

You charge the controller, put the suit on, fasten it with the belt and connect to the app. The app guides you through the session step by step, and in your account on vibrae.pl the “First steps” tab is waiting with the whole path from unboxing to your first workout. You need no trainer and no one to help you.

Size and size exchange

Measure your chest, waist and hips and compare them with the size chart — it sits next to the size selector, separately for the universal and the tailored cut. If you fall between sizes, take the smaller one: the suit is meant to sit close. Not sure? Write to serwis@vibrae.pl or call before buying and we will pick the size together. And if it still does not fit: for three months from purchase we exchange the suit for another size free of charge, you only pay the shipping both ways. The rules for exchanges after that period are set out in the shop terms.

Warranty and service

The controller and the suit come with a 12-month warranty. You send a claim to serwis@vibrae.pl or from your account, and while your suit is being repaired we send you a replacement suit so you don’t have to pause your training. Your warranty dates and serial numbers are saved in your account, so you don’t need to look for the receipt.

14-day returns

You can unpack the set, try the suit on and switch the controller on — exactly as you would in a bricks-and-mortar shop. If you decide it is not for you, you send it back within 14 days without giving a reason and we refund your money. Details in the Returns Policy.

How long a session takes and how often to train

A session is 20–30 minutes of actual work. Two or three sessions a week are enough to start with — the plan in the app tells you on its own when to come back and what to do on a given day. Results come from regularity, not from the length of a single workout.

Two suits and one Smart Box controller. When ordering, each of you picks their own cut — tailored or universal — and their own size; they can differ or be identical. The controller runs one suit, so you train in turns: one after the other, each on their own programme and their own intensity.

The hardest part of training at home is staying regular. Together it is easier: someone reminds you, someone waits for their turn, and the app counts the weeks in a row.

One set instead of two

Two suits for less than two separate sets. Each of you has their own suit, with cut and size chosen separately — you only share the controller.

He wants shape and strength, she wants firming and a healthy back? In the app each of you has a separate plan and separate programs. The suit and the intensity are set separately too.

You train whenever it suits you

You do not have to exercise at the same time or even on the same days. You simply move the controller between the suits — one session after the other.

What changes and when

With two or three sessions a week — this is the typical course for people who stay regular.

What a single session looks like

  1. You put on the suit and clip in the controllerOn dry skin or thin underwear, with no need to wet the electrodes. Two minutes.
  2. You pick a program or a ready treatmentWarm-up, training, recovery — or one of eight treatments in which the app switches the phases itself for 40 minutes.
  3. You raise the intensity to your levelSlowly, body part by body part. The contraction should be clear, never unpleasant — and you decide where the limit is.
  4. You train for 20–30 minutesYou can stand, walk, do simple exercises or simply lie down during a recovery program. The impulse works regardless.
  5. You finish and hang up the suitFive minutes of recovery at the end, then the suit goes on a hanger or into the wash. The app saves the session and reminds you about the next one.

Vibraé Home — guides you

This is not another app with a counter. You answer a few questions about your goal, level and equipment, and you get a plan for the coming weeks plus an answer to “what am I doing today”. The app keeps you regular, counts the weeks in a row and shows how much has come off your weight and your measurements — because that is what keeps you training once the first burst of enthusiasm fades.

Why it works

Two suits, two sizes

The suit has to sit close for the impulse to be even — which is why one suit can't be shared between two bodies. Each of you picks their own cut and size: two tailored, two universal, or one of each.

One controller, two sessions

The Smart Box runs one suit at a time, so you exercise in turns. Want to train at the same time? When adding the set to the basket you can take a second Smart Box at a price available only with this set.

The impulse does not ask about motivation

In classic training a muscle works only as hard as you consciously tense it. Electrical stimulation triggers the contraction directly — including fibres you never activate day to day.

Guidance, not guesswork

You do not need to know where to start. The app builds the plan, suggests the program and reminds you about the session — we described it above.

How to measure yourself

Chest At the widest point, tape horizontal, arms hanging loosely.
Waist At the narrowest point, usually a few centimetres above the navel. Do not pull your stomach in.
Hips At the widest point, with your feet together.
Height Without shoes. With full-body suits it counts alongside the circumferences.

Measure on bare skin or over thin underwear, with the tape snug but not pressing in. If you fall between two sizes, choose the smaller one — the suit is compressive and has to hold the electrodes against the skin.
